SAS or Solid Axle Swap refers to removing the factory IFS suspension setup on the front of your Hilux/4 Runner and Surf and replacing it with a solid front Axle from a 1979 - 1997 model Hilux.
Suitable for all Torsion Bar IFS Hilux/Surf/4 Runner
We've made this kit as complete as possible from quality parts sourced from the USA and Australia. It contains all the brackets you will need along with quality springs made from Australian Steel that won't sag after 6 months, as well as DOT approved kevlar lined stainless steel braided brake lines and our famous super duty swivel hub rebuild kit.
All you will need is a donor diff from a solid front axle hilux and a driveshaft from a solid front axle hilux.
