Our rear lift kits are designed to match our front IFS Eliminator kits and classic lift kits. For 4Runners we recommend using a rear kit with springs that are one inch taller than the front springs.

Kits feature long travel springs and shocks for super flexibility on the trail.

The Classic rear lift kits are supplied for use on all solid front Hilux models

Inboarded Rear Lift Kit Stage 3

Want to get more flex and lift out of your Lux?

This kit consists of :

1 x Inboarded shock mount kit.

This cross member welds in between the chassis rails allowing you to inboard the shocks and run longer travel shocks in the rear. Lower shock mounts are included in this kit which weld to the top of the axle housing allowing maximum utilisation of the shock stroke.

1 x Extended Shackle Kit.

Extended shackles give you some suspension lift, but also allow the springs to articulate more than the short stock shackles. This shackle kit is made from 10mm steel, has a fully welded cross brace centre, is zinc plated to prevent corrosion and comes with greasable bolts and poly bushes.

1 x Pair Bilstein 5125 Shocks - 10" Stroke

The Bilstein 5125 series shock has been a proven performer in Hilux leaf sprung vehicles for many years both in the USA and Australia.

5125 Series shocks feature Bilstein's superior single tube high gas pressure design for the up most in consistent fade-free performance and long life. Bilstein's patented Deflective self-adjusting valving delivers improved damping control and a smooth ride on all road surfaces at any speed.

1 x Extended Rear Brake Line

Often when raising the suspension on your Hilux the stock brake lines can be too short. The solution is an extended Stainless Steel Brake like.

Super flexible 47" leaf springs, long travel shocks and high steer crossover steering combine to bring you up to 20 inches of articulation for serious rock crawling ability.

Included with each kit is a knuckle rebuild kit, wheel bearing kits, upper axle gusset and differential armor.

This kit includes the basic components to get some decent flex in the front end of your solid front axle Hilux or 4 Runner by using a spring pack made from the rear springs from an IFS model Hilux or Runner.

Four link your rig the easy way with the Trail-Link +FourTM kit. Innovative design allows for quick and easy installation. Crossmember fits between frame rails and supplies frame mounts for all four links. Choice of axle mounting for stock axle or Trail-Gear Rock Assault housing.

Notes: Kit does not include shocks, recommended shocks, 16" coil-over or air shocks. Requires replacing or relocating gas tank. Extensive bed modifications or removal of the bed is required for installation.

U-bolt flip kits help increase ground clearance under your rig. Stock u-bolts face down and offer a snag point for rock and trail debris. Our u-bolt flip kit point the spring bolt up and out of harm way. This results in better ground clearance and less damage to the thread section of the bolt.
