Shipping Info

We use a variety of different shipping companies depending on the quantity, physical size of the products ordered and where the product is coming from.

We ship from both California in the USA and Perth in Western Australia. Standard shipping times are between 4 and 10 days.

We can offer express freight from both locations at your cost. Please contact us if you have any specific shipping requests.

Please note that sometimes multiple packages can make up a single order and delivery of multiple packages may be a day or two apart.

You can view the status of your online order at any time by logging into your account.

Please note - our Free Shipping is for Australian customers only.

We can ship Overseas, but please understand freight costs will be significant and in a lot of cases more expensive than the product itself, Please note that all international orders will need to be paid for via Telegraphic Transfer. We do not accept international credit cards.

Warranty & Returns

At Locktup 4x4 we pride ourselves on great customer service. We understand that as a predominantly online company you will have some concerns about warranty and returns procedures and policies.

So here’s how it works.

Warranty Policy

1. All products sold come with the full manufacturers warranty.
2. We require all warranty products to be sent back to us at our Perth warehouse.
   
3. We take care of the cost of return shipping of the replaced item(s) back to you. As a lot of our product is imported from the US this can be of considerable expense to us, however we believe this policy gives our customers peace of mind that we stand by the products we sell and only sell the best quality gear that we know will hold up.
    

Warranty Procedure

1. Give us a call and we’ll issue you with a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number via email.
   
2. We’ll often ask you to email us through some pictures, this is so we can get the ball rolling with our suppliers in facilitating the warranty.
3. Return the product to us with the RMA attached. We strongly recommend you use registered post or a courier.
   
4. Once we receive the product we will ship out a replacement.

Returns Policy

We ask you please choose your purchase carefully as we are unable to refund orders if you have simply changed your mind or if the product does not suit your application. Please call us or email us if you have any questions on our product s or their applications.

Naturally if we stuff up by sending you the wrong product or short ship your order, then we will rectify this at our cost including shipping both ways.

We will accept products for exchange or credit, however the following policy applies.

1. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2. You will need to pay the cost of freight of the products to be sent back to us and also the cost of the freight of the exchanged products to be sent to you
3. We are unable to accept any products that have been fitted or are not original saleable condition, this includes packaging.

Returns Procedure

1. Please call us on 1300 799 340 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) and give us instructions on what you would like to do.
2. Send the product to be returned along with the RMA back to our Perth Warehouse. We strongly recommend you use registered post or a courier.
3. We will contact you when we have received your RMA and arrange payment of return freight or issue you with a credit.

Intended Use

Rock crawling and off-road driving are inherently dangerous activities. Some modifications will adversely affect the on-road handling characteristics of your vehicle. All products sold by Offroad Gear Pty. Ltd. are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user.

Some modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warranty. Modification of your vehicle may create dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury or death.

Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modifications and use.
