Instructions:
First loosen and remove body bolts, 2 front under grill, 2 in front of the doors, 4 across seam in front of the rear tires, 2 under the tailgate. Next loosen steering at firewall junction. Remove 10mm bolts holding brake hose to firewall under the battery. Everything loose should have adequate stretch, but check as install progresses.
Lift the body with floor jacks, one side at a time, remove bottom rubber bushing and washer from cross member mounts. Leave upper rubber bushing in place on frame, install blocks between body and this bushing. You will have to remove the inner steel bushing sleeve. Repeat to other side. It may be necessary to trim blocks for rearward most position. Install body stud connectors. Align new bolts to there location before tightening anything, this will make the process much easier. Align body to frame as needed. Reuse the stock rear rubber grommet on 2 new metric bolts. Install 2 new metric bolts in front using washer and lock washer provided. Tighten all bolts to factory specs using loc-tight, check all wires and lines for clearance. Tighten steering. It is possible to drill new holes for the brake line, but we have yet to have found a need for this.
Removal of the rear bumper will help installation.
