Suzuki Sierra HD spring over axle pads. Springs pads relocate the leaf springs to the top of the axle. Unique design allows maximum weld area to axle, and stock spring pad. The top of the leaf spring perch is pre laser cut to move axle 1 inch if needed. SPOA pads are made from laser cut 1/4" and 3/16" steel plate and will give a 4.5" lift.
